We tried a couple of times to start investing with Canterbury, however Matt wisely advised us to hold off, as our serviceability was not sufficient to invest safely. Now, after only 12 months since starting the investment journey, we have two investment properties working for us – one in a trust in SMSF – and have seen significant capital growth already.
Fully tenanted, we expect to pay off our PPOR loan in a few years and expand our property portfolio again within two years. Thanks Canterbury for doing the heavy lifting and making the process understandable and safe. Highly recommend Matt and the Canterbury team!
