When we met Canterbury we still had 29 years remaining on our home loan. We started their system and managed to get our 2nd investment property after another 4 years. Then things really accelerated. We paid off our 29 year home loan that year – 4.5 years after we met Canterbury, then we started paying off our investment properties. We have nearly paid off our first investment property now and then we will start on the second one. There is nothing fancy or crazy about what they do, it is simple and easy to follow.

Canterbury are excellent to deal with, very diligent, and thorough professionals. The time from our first meeting to our first transaction was 2.5 yrs – they are in it for the long haul – we highly recommend them!
